CraftWorks Restaurants was a restaurants holding company based in Broomfield. Many of the restaurants included brewing facilities; So the group was considered to be the largest chain of brew pubs in the world.
The company filed bankruptcy during the COVID19 pandemic. Fortress Investment Group, a division of Softbank, acquired the restaurant through a newly created entity called SPB Hospitality based in Nashville, Tn; so I moved the restaurant history page to the new name.
